The embankment <br />was stable and vegetated. <br />West Pyeatt 41 pond was holding water but was not discharging. The sediment marker was in place. The primary <br />and emergency spillway was clear and functional and the embankment was stable. <br />Horse Gulch Pond was holding water but was not discharging. The embankment was stable and the primary and <br />emergency spillway appeared clear and functional. <br />West Horse pond was holding water but was not discharging. The embankment was stable and the primary and <br />emergency spillway appeared clear and functional. <br />Deal 41 pond was holding water and not discharging. The embankment was stable and vegetated. The sediment <br />level marker was not observed and could not be located. <br />East Middle Flume pond was holding water but was not discharging. The embankment was stable and the primary <br />and emergency spillway was clear and functional. <br />East Flume pond was dry and was not discharging. <br />Middle Flume 43 pond was holding water but was not discharging. The embankment was stable. The primary <br />and emergency spillway was clear and functional. <br />Johnson 4l OR pond was holding water but was not discharging. The embankment was stable and vegetated. The <br />primary and emergency spillway was clear and functional. Mr. Roberts collected water samples and conducted in- <br />situ measurements of the discharge water. A plastic cup was used to collect the water and pour it into the sample <br />bottles for the lab. The pH was 8.6 and the water was 17 degrees Celsius. The specific conductance was 3970 <br />umhos. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />Parcels A -A -13, Z -A -13 and K -A -13 were observed during the evaluation of the topsoil replacement depths over <br />these parcels discussed in the Topsoil section of this report. These areas were seeded last year and overall sparse <br />vegetation has begun to establish. <br />SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12: <br />Parcels A -A -13, Z -A -13 and K -A -13 were observed during the evaluation of the topsoil replacement depths over <br />these parcels discussed in the Topsoil section of this report. These areas appear stable, large slumps and failures <br />were not observed.
