The land <br />uses of industrial- commercial, recreation, and residential were determined to meet the <br />criteria of Rule 4.16.3. <br />XIII. The applicant has proposed the use of persistent pesticides on the site during mining <br />and /or reclamation operations. The Division has approved this usage (4.18(5)(g)). <br />B.
