Records for the HGLO are stored and <br />maintained at the PSCM office. When the inspector arrived at the PSCM office, Katryna Snowden was present. <br />Katryna was receiving training from Chris Miller for handling water monitoring samples. Katryna did not <br />accompany the inspector in the field. The inspector encountered Roy Karo on the TAHR, but Mr. Karo did not <br />accompany the inspection. <br />The weather was dry and clear. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />Mine records were inspected at the PSCM office. The majority of the records were appropriately filed. <br />2013 Annual Certification of Impoundments need to be filed. The Division has received these reports but they <br />were not in the HGLO file drawer at the mine office. <br />2013 Vegetation Monitoring data was not filed in the HGLO file drawer either. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING — Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and <br />Gullies 4.14.6: <br />The white office trailer has been removed from the west side of the load out.
