The Division received comments from Clear Creek County (copy enclosed), which express <br />concern about the ownership of the claims associated with the proposed prospecting <br />operation. In addition, Clear Creek County has concerns about a possible increase to the <br />discharge of mine water and the possibility of affecting the Georgetown Reservoir as a result <br />of the proposed prospecting operation. Please respond to the comments submitted by Clear <br />Creek County. <br />12. As noted above, the Division received comments from the Town of Georgetown and Clear <br />Creek County. In addition, the Division received comments from a resident of Georgetown, <br />Colorado.
