Permitting activities with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), the US Environmental <br />Protection Agency (EPA), and Rio Blanco County (RBC) have been initiated, are being <br />reviewed pending approval, or have concluded with approvals granted. <br />Please note that the 03/12/13 CIRCES document indicated required abandonment bonding <br />for six wells (4A -1 V, 4A -5M, 88 -1, 90 -2, 94 -1 M, and 1 -3A).
