As we discussed on the phone, I am <br />now re- submitting the entire application package. I'll also provide responses to the questions in the same <br />order as your letter: <br />APPLICATION FORM: <br />1. Corrected page 1 of the application form showing increased permit acreage of 70 acres. This <br />includes the south (Pinewood Estates) and the north (Sandy Acres) original permit areas <br />combined into this application permit area. <br />2. The owner /applicant for the permit amendment is the E -470 Public Highway Authority, a <br />political subdivision of the State of Colorado. The Authority's Board of Directors consists of <br />eight voting member jurisdictions: Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas counties and the <br />municipalities of Aurora, Brighton, Commerce City, Thornton, and Parker. <br />3. Corrected pages 5 and 6 showing initialed "Responsibilities as a Permittee" are attached. <br />4. A public notice in accordance with Rule 1.6.2(1)(b) has been posted at the entrance to the mine <br />site.
