6.4.6. Exhibit F-Reclamation Plan <br /> 17.The map submitted for Exhibit F has a scale of 1 inch equals 660 feet. However, the scale bar <br /> on the map is not equal to an inch, but rather measures to 9/10`h of an inch. Please confirm <br /> that the map is set to the specified scale or revise the Reclamation Plan Map accordingly. <br /> PLS Response: Please see revised Reclamation Plan Map (Exhibit F). <br /> 18.As required by Rule 6.4.6(a), the Reclamation Plan Map must show proposed topography of <br /> the area with contour lines of sufficient detail to portray the direction and rate of slope of all <br /> reclaimed lands. As required by Rule 6.4.7(2)(c), please submit a brief statement or plan showing how water <br /> from runoff from disturbed areas, piled material and operating surfaces will be managed to <br /> protect against pollution of either surface or groundwater, both during and after reclamation. <br /> If this information has been addressed through prior permitting actions, then please specify <br /> where the Division can review this information. <br /> PLS Response: Please see the provided Owl Canyon Quarry Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> Map. The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan details that once mining disturbance is complete, <br /> PLS will reclaim and replant these areas as soon as possible. <br /> 21. Please indicate if the well and well access road will be reclaimed following the completion of <br /> mining operations. If the well and well access road will remain, then please specify how the <br /> well will be utilized in conjunction with the post-mining land use. <br /> PLS Response: The well and access road will remain in place to allow for well maintenance and <br /> access.
