Please specify <br />the type of material to be placed beneath equipment and describe the purpose of using the <br />absorbing material. <br />14. The Division has received correspondence from Park County which outlines the county <br />requirements which you must comply with for the proposed activity. Please commit to <br />complying with all county requirements. <br />15. Please provide the Division with copies of all BLM lode claims. <br />Be advised that if these items have not been addressed within 60 days of the date of this letter <br />(June 1, 2014), the Division may terminate the NOI application in accordance with Rule 5.1.3(c) <br />of the Hard Rock Rules. <br />Please remember to designate as appropriate those materials in the application that you desire to <br />be made confidential versus those to be made public.
