NPDES discharge <br />NPDES permit COG- <br />The Seneca II Mine discharged from 008 throughout 2013. <br />limitations <br />0000221 <br />According to the report no limitations were exceeded at <br />Outfall 008 during the 2013 water year. <br />NPDES8 (outfall 008) exceeded the potentially dissolved <br />chronic standard, 4.6 ug /I on April 18th and May 6th of 2013. <br />The selenium lab test were in three forms in 2013 inorder to <br />conduct an investigation on the difference in three methods, <br />dissolved, potentially dissolved, and total recoverable. <br />The two exceedances of the selenium stream standard were <br />not NPDES permit limit exceedances. The permit limit for <br />outfall 008 for selenium is to "Report" only.
