MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD 110(1) ANNUAL REPORT <br />For Season 2013 <br />CRYSTALJACK MINING <br />PERMIT NO. M -1993 -030 <br />Prepared: 24 March 2014 <br />Summary: <br />Mechanized equipment was operated on Crystaljack mining properties from 26 to 30 June 2013, <br />using a John Deer 690 at Site 4 on the Ute unpatented mining claim. The area was left open for <br />resumption of work this season. <br />Map Depicting Operations: <br />Attached are maps showing the ten claims covered under this permit, permit M- 1993 -030. The <br />maps show past excavations which have been reclaimed (green), currently open dig sites (shaded <br />orange), which includes the site on the Ute, and proposed dig sites (either a blue button or a <br />rectangle). <br />Current Disturbances (2013): <br />All dig sites on Crystaljack properties have been reclaimed except for access roads and proposed <br />dig sites and the single dig site 4 on the Ute of approximately 0.02 acre. <br />Reclamation SummM (Includes 2013 Reclamation <br />Since this project began in 1993, approximately 4.64 acres have been excavated and reclaimed. <br />All newly reclaimed sites have been reseeded the same season. These sites are then planted with <br />trees the following season. Only Site 6 and Site 7 on the Two Point and recent prospects and <br />reclaimed roads have less than 80 percent growth. <br />Reclamation Completed During g <br />No reclamation was done during season 2013. <br />Proposed 2014 Operations: <br />Operations will be in conjunction with operations on Glacier Peak Mining claims between mid - <br />May through early August. Mechanized operations will be limited to 10 working days on the <br />Crystaljack claims. We will use a John Deere 690 or equivalent on the Ute at Site 4 and at the <br />Qui -Buc No. 1 Claim at Site 13. Maximum size of disturbance will be 1.12 acre but will likely <br />be .4 acre for this season. Additionally, the old access road to Sites on Qui -Buc No. 4 will be <br />closed by installing berms at both ends since this road serves only reclaimed sites and has been <br />closed by the U. S. Forest Service. Site visits, including mineral extraction, reclamation, and <br />claim maintenance will be continued throughout the season. <br />
