Details of historic soil salvaging can be found in Section 2.04.9. <br />All of the topsoil prepm stion pi Ocedw es 9.1 Morgan Property Soil Augmentation Plan <br />In order to satisfy requirements of legal settlements with the Morgans, 32,800 CY of topsoil from the <br />Johnson (WFC) and Benson property will be transferred to the Morgan Property. This topsoil will come <br />from stockpiles on the aforementioned properties. This WFC Extra topsoil will be placed on the Morgan <br />Property as additional subsoil. The quantities and thickness of the WFC Extra can be seen on Map 2.05.4- <br />6 and are discussed in subsection 13.8 have been carried otit an these areas, such as ripping, rock pickirl-, <br />'and leveling, disking, and harrowing, with the exception of the fertility testing and fertilization, which was <br />* nitially done for those areas east of Pond 7.
