These areas are restored dryland areas that focus toward establishment of adapted dryland <br />grasses, forbs and shrubs, with the intent that these areas will be grazed by livestock animals <br />for their permanent post -mine land use. Much of these areas were- either dry pastures or <br />sagebrush rangelands in the pre -mine condition. Some lands that were previously irrigated but <br />do not now have the water needed for irrigation may be converted to Dryland Pasture. There is <br />no sagebrush shrub in the post -mine Dryland Pasture. Two shrubs will be planted from seed for <br />Dryland Pasture tracts west of 2700 Road, which are forage kochia and fourwing saltbush. No <br />shrubs were planted east of 2700 Road. <br />2.5 Rangeland - Undisturbed (R -U) <br />These areas are natural dry rangeland areas that have not been disturbed. This is a minor <br />portion of the permit area. <br />2.6 Developed Water Resource - Ponds (P <br />These areas are mine ponds or restored ponds that will generally be used for stock watering <br />during grazing in or nearby to irrigated pastures or dryland pastures. <br />2.7 Commercial - Roads (R) — <br />This category includes 2700 Road and BB Road through the permit area. 5tth greet <br />RoadAvenue is also included in this category. These will be removed by mining and rebuilt prior <br />to final bond release of the permit area. <br />2.8 Commercial Facilities (F)— <br />These areas include dwellings, outbuildings, sheds, storage areas, barns, driveways, parking <br />areas, and other miscellaneous related disturbance. All of these areas are related to the post - <br />mining land use of agriculture. A letter from WFC stating that it desires that outbuildings, <br />parking areas, storage areas and other agricultural related areas as shown On Map <br />to be part of the reclamation plan, is shown in Attachment 2.05.3(3) -8. <br />August 2013 PR -08 2.05.4(2)(e) - 4 <br />
