On behalf of my client Colorado Rose Red, Inc., I am responding to your

ast adequacy review letter -received on March 24, 2014. Thanks for
taking the time to come to the site to see if we can resolve the
Geotechnical issue raised in the Third Adequacy Review letter.
6.3.4 Exhibit D - Reclamation Plan
1_. Attached is an updated Reclamation Plan that reflects the existing
conditions and explains that the existing highwall will not be
mined into. I have revised the Reclamation Plan Map Exhibit E -2 to
show how the current disturbed area as being reclaimed. As we
discussed at the site visit on March -18, 2014 the project, where
this material is going, is winding down. The only thing left to do
it to remove a layer of shot rock, process it and have it hauled to
the project area.
I have included a page where the area I changed is in red. This
should help during your review. The small capitalized text is the
new text and the crossed out text is what was removed. I then
included a clean copy for the file with a revision not on the
bottom.
