The value is highly similar to that derived by Varra- <br />Companies, Inc. for Western Sugar prior to a revision by OMLR using <br />CIRCES to establish it near $102,000± A value determined somewhere <br />between this and the Western Sugar OMLR determination appears to be a <br />reasonable expectation. We respectfully request the OMLR to reconsider <br />its determination in light of those values and see if CIRCES can agree. <br />23. and 24. The responses are adequate. <br />Acknowledged. <br />6.4.19 Exhibit S - Permanent Man -made Structures <br />25. As required by the Division's Geotechnical Stability Exhibit policy, the <br />Applicant must attempt to obtain structure agreements with all property, <br />including easement holders, and structure owners within two hundred feet <br />of the affected land. The Division will not consider the engineering <br />evaluation as part of the permit application until all appropriate attempts <br />to obtain agreements have been exhausted and documentation of the <br />attempts are provided to the Division. Please provide the Division with <br />signed copies of the notarized structure agreements with all owners of the <br />structures and properties on and within 200 feet of the affected area of <br />the site. <br />Please refer to correspondence from AWES of 23 March 2014. The <br />AWES reconfigures slope angles within critical areas identified on the <br />Revised Exhibit C -2: Extraction Plan Map. These critical areas comprise <br />part of the east /north /west boundary as oriented to and surrounding the <br />homestead along the center south boundary of the permit area; and a <br />segment along the southerly boundary flanking the tank battery and <br />related oil and gas facilities situated near the primary entrance and south <br />of the access road as it enters the parcel from Fern Avenue. These <br />critical areas are identified with a red boundary on the Revised Exhibit C- <br />Varra Companies, Inc.
