(BME) submittal of Renewal 6 for the Deserado Mine. The
permit renewal was received on January 22, 2014 and deemed completed on January 30, 2014.
The Division has reviewed the submittal and has the following questions and comments.
1. There are many conflicting references within the permit to the Division as both the
Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) and the Division of Minerals and
Geology (DMG). In 2006, the Colorado DMG's name was changed to DRMS. In order
to keep consistency within the permit, please submit the revised pages with updated
reference to DRMS.
• Pages I -1, I -8, II.0 -49, II.0 -77, III -22, III -24, III -25, III -26, IV -5, IV -12, IV -16,
IV -17, IV -22, IV -41, IV -53, IV -56, V -18, V -22, V -23, V -25, V -46, V -47, V -48
and V -54.
2.
