Page 2 <br />To: Mr. Chris Hanks <br />Re: CCV Radio Relay Tower <br />Conditions of Approval: <br />1. Please "stealthify" the portion of the tower and the antennas that will be visible above the ridge of Squaw <br />Mountain from any part of the City of Victor. This may be accomplished by a design or techniques that <br />screen the facility from view or blend it in with the surrounding natural environment (eg. painting all <br />shiny /bright surfaces a dark color, the application of mock branches that mimic the surrounding natural tree <br />shapes /lines, or both of these techniques). <br />2. Pursuant to Condition D of Resolution 09 -13- 2012(39), this project shall submit for necessary County <br />Permits including but not limited to a Building Permit and an Electrical Permit. No permit is required for <br />the access road grading/construction and as a purely mechanical structure with no occupancy, the project is <br />exempt from ae Major Building Permit Site Plan Review by Teller Planning (LUR Section 7.3.C). <br />3. The facility shall not be lit in any way unless required by emergency services, OSHA, FCC or other <br />requirements. If lighting is required, only the minimum necessary for regulatory compliance shall be <br />installed and in all instances, to the extent possible, shall be downcast and shielded. <br />4. The facility shall comply at all times with the FCC standards for cumulative field measurements or radio <br />frequency power densities and electromagnetic fields and shall not produce localized interference with <br />reception of local television or radio broadcasts or surrounding cell provider transmissions. <br />5. Upon abandonment or cessation of the facility, the pad site and the access road shall be reclaimed pursuant <br />to the MDP reclamation provisions /plan. <br />6. The edge of the concrete pad shall be a minimum of 50 feet from the MLE2/MDP permit boundary. <br />This MDP Minor Modification conditional approval only authorizes the project described above and in the <br />plans as submitted with the MDP Minor Modification application.
