Exhibit N — Source of Le ag 1 Right -to- Enter, Rule 6.4.14 <br />The deed in Exhibit N establishes the applicant as legal owner of the property on which the <br />Tomichi Pit is located. <br />Exhibit P — Municipalities, Rule 6.4.16 <br />The address of the City of Gunnison Municipal Building has been added to this exhibit. <br />Exhibit 0 — Proof of Mailing Notices to Conservation District and County Commissioners, Rule <br />6.4.17 <br />Only certified mailings were used for these notices. <br />Exhibit R — Proof of Filing with County Clerk and Recorder, Rule 6.4.18 <br />A receipt from the Gunnison County Clerk and Recorder will be provided as soon as it is <br />received from the county. <br />Exhibit S — Permanent Man-made Structures, Rule 6.4.19 <br />The Geotechnical Stability Exhibit demonstrates the safety of all final slopes at the Tomichi Pit, <br />and is submitted to satisfy the engineering evaluation option of this rule. Protection of <br />neighboring wells groundwater source from pit dewatering will be addressed as part of the <br />Colorado Water Resources Gravel Well Permit that will be in place prior to any groundwater <br />exposure. A copy of this permit approval will be provided to DRMS when it is available. <br />The list of structures in Exhibit S has been revised with additional information. <br />All construction activity will be at least 20 feet from the permit boundary, protecting neighboring <br />property from incidental damage from equipment. <br />Copies of the Certified Mail Receipts for notices sent to neighboring property owners are <br />attached. <br />Geotechnical Stability Exhibit, Rule 6.5 <br />The Geotechnical Stability Exhibit has been expanded with a detailed analysis using Bishop's <br />method of slices.
