These trees will be planted when the Highway and Signal Peak berms are built. <br />Discussion regarding the size and species of trees has been added to Exhibit E. <br />Active mining highwall slope is address under the Exhibit D responses above. Once the final <br />mining slopes are achieved in an area, overburden will be used to backfill the slopes to their final <br />grade. <br />Any excess topsoil available after all required topsoiled redistribution is completed, will be <br />distributed along the reclaimed slopes at the operator's discussion. <br />The applicant acknowledges that any material that is imported to the site for storage must <br />comply with Rule 3.1.5(9). <br />Seeding rates are in pound of pure live seed per acre. This is the area in which the wetland seed mix will be applied. <br />The Biebel Diversion has been removed from this application. <br />Exhibit G — Water, Rule 6.4.7 <br />See the above discussion regarding sediment ponds, dewatering, irrigation pipe, and the final <br />augmentation plan. <br />Exhibit H — Wildlife, Rule 6.4.8 <br />All discussion of islands has been removed from the permit. <br />Wetlands related discussion is addressed in the Exhibit E information above. <br />The correspondence regarding Gunnison Sage grouse has been added to Exhibit H. <br />
