3. CDRMS did not indicate the location of concern on a map or air photo as requested, so
we cannot respond to the original question. During our on -site meeting of March 25, let
us discuss this comment further, and review the location of concern.
4. Please see the response to 2. above. The requested changes to the ADP will be
incorporated into the forthcoming revision as requested.
5. Please see the response to 2. above. The requested changes to the ADP will be
incorporated into the forthcoming revision as requested.
2.05.5 — Past Mining Land Use
1. The revision process has been initiated with Sandra Brown of CDRMS.
2. The text in the APD reflects the history of land uses at the mine, and is the text
accepted and approved by CDRMS during TRS. In anticipation of the forthcoming
revision addressing, among other things, a secondary post - mining land use, we would
request the Division's patience in anticipation of a further revision of this section at that
time.
Other Comments
1. It is agreed that the Table of Contents requires revision and the corrected version
provided is appreciated. Given farther anticipated changes to the APD prior to
finalization of RN04, it is requested that the TOC finalization be deferred until
acceptance of the final RN04 APD text.
I have some additional formatting and content questions that I would like clarification on
prior to final revision of the APD, to ensure complete and current documents are on file
at CDRMS and Goff Engineering. To that end I would like to review the APD format
when we meet March 25.
Thank you for your review comments. Please contact me or Ms. Chi Chi Price at your
convenience with any questions regarding the above responses.
Sincerely,
"6a;a
Michael S.
