Response numbers follow the numbering contained in the first PAR. <br />Additional changes to the Abridged Permit Document text have been made to reflect <br />activities that have taken place or verification of representations in the prior permit <br />document texts. These revised pages are attached. Revised pages to the permit document <br />text contain revised text in bold, italic for ease of review. For brevity, only the most <br />recent comments from the Division are cited (as necessary). <br />2.43- Legal, Financial, Compliance and Related Information <br />1. No response necessary, unless CDRMS determines additional information is needed to <br />satisfy the AVS search. <br />2. The application for termination of the Colorado Department of Public Health and <br />Environment Water Quality Control Division (WQCD) CDPS permit was resubmitted to <br />WQCD on February 10, 2014 and received February 12, 2104 (documented by certified <br />mail). A copy of the termination request was forwarded to you and the Denver CDRMS <br />office. To date, no response has been received from WQCD. <br />3. The table has been revised to reflect the most current information that the Colorado <br />Division of Water Resources has on file in their database (February 2014). <br />
