Please indicate if a permit will be required from Larimer County. <br />I talked to Mr. Rob Helmick on January 28, 2014 when he called to inquire on the permit <br />packets I deliver to the County Commissioners Office. When I explained this was just <br />the follow up on the original filing done in October he did not say that Colorado Rose <br />Red to obtain a permit as long as the material was going for work on the roads damaged <br />by the September flooding. I got the feeling that if there was any future plan to continue <br />mining then a permit may be needed or at a minimum Colorado Rose Red would need to <br />meet with the Larimer County Planning Department to work out what the County would <br />require. <br />I will mail this original today and place a copy in the Larimer County Clerks and <br />Recorder's office. I will provide you a copy of the proof of placement from the Clerks Office <br />when I have it.
