O'BRIAN 303 - 423 -7297
PRESIDENT FAX 303 - 423 -7599
March 12, 2014
Mr. Michael A. Cunningham
Division of Reclamation, Mining & Safety
1313 Shennan St., Suite 215
Denver, CO 80203
Dear Michael:
RE: Colorado Rose Red, Inc. - Colorado Rose Red Stone Resource
Permit # M- 2013 -068 - Adequacy #3 - Response
On behalf of my client Colorado Rose Red, Inc., I am responding to your second
adequacy review letter received on February 7, 2014. I have included your review point that
needed to be addressed as presented in your letter so the question and answer will be in the same
document for easy reference.
Application Form
1. The legal description which provided on the Application Form does not match the legal
description provided in Exhibit A or the one specified on the Location Map. Please revise
the Application Form and the Location Map to match the legal description provided in
Exhibit A: SE' /4NW' /4 , Sec 33, T4N, R71W.
I caught this when putting together the final packet but did not want to change it until the
Division directed me to do it. Attached is the first page of the application form with the
correct legal description that matches all maps and Exhibit A.
6.3.3 Exhibit C - Mining Plan
The Applicant has stated that 0.8 acres of the permit area will consist of setbacks and
access roads. Please clarify is there will be additional roads constructed to access the site
which are not currently present.
No, the existing property access road shown on the map exhibits is used. The roads
refereed to in the text were the pathways created as mining progresses in the permit area
to access the working areas, plant site and stockpile.areas.
