March 12, 2014 C- 1982 - 056 /Foidel Creek Mine JDM <br />Stockpiled Processing Waste Diversion Ditch Development <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />Actively utilized roads throughout the mine site were frozen and stable at the on -set of the inspection and became <br />wet and muddy throughout the inspection. All roads were in good condition with no problems noted, with the <br />exception of the following: <br />- The two track ranch road that was utilized to access drill hole 42 was extremely rutted and unstable due to <br />drilling activities. This road will require maintenance and grading. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />Corehole 49 was developed and drilled on the 18 RT vent shaft location. This site has been reclaimed and <br />received Phase 1 bond release under SL -1. The re- disturbed area associated with the development drilling will <br />require removal from Phase 1 status. The remaining portion of the reclaimed 18RT shaft pad was stable with no <br />problems noted. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Page 5 of 7 <br />
