February 18, 2014 C- 1996 - 084 /Lorencito Canyon Mine LDS <br />sets of weep -holes were exposed. It will be necessary to complete a permanent solution to the erosion beside the <br />emergency spillway, although without survey equipment it is difficult to be sure exactly how to frame the <br />problem. <br />Pond 7 was still holding a little water, but was below the level of the primary riser. <br />Pond 9a was also holding water below the level of the riser. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />At present two permitting actions are progress: <br />RN3 - The proposed decision due date has been extended to March 31, 2014. The Division is waiting on a <br />response from NECC regarding inconsistencies resulting from a query of the AVS database. <br />TR18 - The proposed decision due date has been extended to June 1, 2014.
