This 4 -page document brings up other questions: 1. Figures A & B indicate the slopes are 1.5H:1V & 1.7H :1V, respectively; whereas Figure D indicates the slope is 5H: IV. There is no plan view showing where these sections are located. So, I think we need actual engineering drawings, not Word documents. 2. Is this berm to remain for reclamation? If so, Rule 3.1.5(7) givas specific slope requirements for cases where a pond is produced. Without drawings showing sections and where the sections are located, we can't assess compliance. We final ly were issued the Land -Use permit from LPC. The attached represents most of the information you requested. We have consulted with Horizon Environmental to address berm slope stabilization and erosion control.
