overtopping also would occur into the impoundment along the upper portion of the diversion <br />ditch (near Sta 38 +43 as shown on Figure 16). <br />The South Diversion Ditch berm elevation should be raised by about 1 foot to a minimum of <br />8626 to prevent overtopping of the berm into the impoundment area during the 100 -year event. <br />Also, appropriate erosion protection should be designed and installed along the Swale adjacent to <br />left side of the drop structure (refer to the photo, provided as Figure 17) to protect against erosion <br />during the anticipated overtopping at this location during a 100 -year event.
