The Division refers permittees to EPA's website for a guidance document for stormwater monitoring and <br />sampling (EPA 832 -B -09 -003, Industrial Stormwater Monitoring and Sampling Guide, March 2009). <br />ADMINISTRATIVE CONTINUATION EXPLANATION: <br />The Division is currently developing a renewal permit and associated certification for the above permitted facility. The <br />development and review procedures required by law have not yet been completed. The General Permit for <br />Stormwater Discharges Associated with Sand & Gravel Mining and Processing expired on September 30, 2012. This <br />permit is administratively continued and will remain in effect under Section 104(7) of the Administrative Procedures <br />Act, C.R.S. 1973, 24 -4 -101, et seq (1982 repl. vol. 10) until a renewal permit /certification is issued and effective. The <br />renewal for this facility will be based on the application that was received 9/27/2013 The expiration date identified on <br />the enclosed certification ( 9/30/2012 (S &G)) is correct; all effluent limits, terms and conditions of the administratively <br />continued permit are in effect until the renewal is complete. The renewal for this facility will be based on the <br />application that was received on 9/27/2013 <br />
