In addition, the Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) is <br />also attached in support of Exhibit C. Copies of these two (2) documents are also being submitted to Mesa <br />County concurrently. <br />Liberty requests that the Final Drainage Report and subsequent design based on the recommendations of the <br />Preliminary Drainage Report be deferred until a 110 -d permit is secured. Hence, the Preliminary Drainage <br />Report is not required by Mesa County to be certified by a Colorado Professional Engineer at this time. Liberty <br />asserts that they will not proceed with any construction work on the site until final, certified design plans based <br />i Final Drainage Report recommendations are prepared, certified by a Colorado Professional Engineer, <br />,iubmitted to DRMS and Mesa County, and approved by both agencies.
