ameO
supplied by Chevron Phillips Chemical Company to verify material properties prior to
geomembrane manufacture. The QC certificates provided by the resin manufacturer are
presented in Appendix 1 -3.
5.2.2 Roll QC Certificates
Lone Star provided QC certificates for each roll (approximately every 10,000 square feet) of
LLDPE geomembrane used for the project, exceeding the required minimum frequency of
one per 50,000 square feet of geomembrane. AMEC reviewed the QC certificates to verify
conformance of the geomembrane to the project requirements. Geomembrane was placed
only when complete QC documentation was provided and AMEC determined that test
results met or exceeded project specifications. The geomembrane roll QC certificates are
presented in Appendix 1 -4.
5.2.3 Welding Rod QC Certificates
Welding rod certification consisted of resin QC documents for the resin used to manufacture
the welding material for the Cresson Project. The welding material used on this project was
produced from three batches of resin. AMEC's review of the QC certification indicates that
the resin used to manufacture the welding material met project specifications. The welding
rod QC certificates are presented in Appendix 1 -5.
5.3 Geotextile QC Documents
Geotextile used to construct the Leak Detection Trenches (LDTs) was manufactured by
TenCate of Pendergrass, Georgia. AMEC's review of the QC certificates indicates that the
geotextile met project specifications. Geotextile QC certificates are presented in
Appendix 1 -6.
AMEC Earth & Environmental, Inc
2000 S.
