2.04.9 Soil Resource Information:
13. In accordance with Rule 2.04.9, the applicant shall provide adequate soils information for those portions of
the permit area to be disturbed by surface operations and facilities. Prior to disturbing land within the
proposed expansion area, Trapper will need to submit the information required in Rule 2.04.9. The Division
will stipulate the approval of the permit revision to supply this information prior to disturbing land within
the proposed permit area expansion.

2.04. 10 Vegetation Information
14. Please update Map M16 for the expansion area. Rule 2.04.10(1) requires the permit application to contain a
vegetation map, which delineates plant communities within the permit area. The delineation of plant
communities shall be on the basis of visually dominant perennial species.

15. In accordance with Rule 2.04.10 (3), the revised vegetation map shall include sufficient adjacent areas to
allow evaluation of vegetation as important habitat for fish and wildlife for those species of fish and wildlife
identified under rule 2.04.11. An aerial photograph, with plant communities delineated, may be used in lieu
of a vegetation snap for this purpose.

16. The baseline vegetation studies contained in the current permit do not cover the proposed expansion area.
