Box 100,Tijeras, New Mexico. Rio Grande <br /> is lessee under mining lease GM 3299, which is in full force and effect. The State land <br /> Board owns both the surface and mineral estates granted through the USA Colorado <br /> Enabling Act of 1876, and subsequent in lieu selections. Although it is possible to show <br /> proof of ownership, the transfers of title reside in archives in Simla, Colorado and are <br /> quite delicate.
