Savage and Savage <br />Memorandum <br />To: Ben Moline and Danny Kipp, Coors Energy Company <br />From: Edith Savage, Savage and Savage, Inc. <br />Date: July 1, 2013 <br />Subject: Second Quarter 2013 Pest and Disease Inspection; Keenesburg Mine <br />File #: C -81 -028 <br />On June 27, 2013, I inspected operational, reclaimed, revegetated, and an undisturbed <br />native area at the Keenesburg Mine for evidence of plant pests, noxious weeds, and plant <br />diseases that could or have affected the re- established vegetation at the Keenesburg Mine. <br />Reclamation Areas 1, 2, 25, 29, 30, and 31, the permanent sediment pond, dugout, <br />Topsand Pile A -3, the bottom and perimeter of B Pit, portions of the Long Term Spoil <br />Area, and the office and shop yard were inspected by vehicle and pedestrian means for <br />any potential problems. <br />I did not identify any disease conditions at any of the operational, reclaimed, or <br />revegetated areas of the mine site. I did not identify any plant pests which had affected <br />the growth of the vegetation during this past growing season. No areas which <br />experienced any infestation or blight were found during the inspection. No areas were <br />observed where weeds, plant pests, or disease showed a deleterious effect to the <br />reclamation vegetation. <br />C: Keenesburg Pest and Disease Inspection File <br />AHR -2013 3 <br />
