Tests shall be performed at the specified frequency or one per material type, whichever is greater. <br />2. Use the USCS for description and identification (ASTM D2488). <br />3. In -place Moisture Content. <br />4. If the permeability of Soil Liner Fill is higher than 9.0x10 -7 cm/sec, an additional permeability test will be <br />performed on a sample located within a 10 foot radius of the sample in question. If the permeability of the <br />Soil Liner Fill is higher than 1.0x10 -6 cm/sec, 4 additional samples will be obtained from with 135,000 <br />square foot area centered about the failing test.
