"M -me <br />D) Geomembrane Delivery <br />1) VLF <br />No geomembrane was delivered to site during the week. <br />CQA ACTIVITIES: <br />SUMMARY: <br />The CQA activities performed consisted of observing, documenting and recording the construction <br />activities of the contractor. <br />AMEC inspected and approved subgrade prior to SLF placement. <br />AMEC observed SLF placement. <br />AMEC observed structural fill placement within the Phase 5 VLF fill area. <br />AMEC inspected and approved subgrade prior to geomembrane deployment. <br />AMEC observed, logged data, and assisted in the installation of geomembrane within the Phase 5 VLF. <br />AMEC inspected and accepted primary 80mi1 and primary 100mil geomembrane within the Phase 5 VLF. <br />AMEC observed and inspected anchor trench construction/backfill. <br />AMEC constantly monitored the LVSCF placement. Samples were also obtained of placed LVSCF. <br />AMEC observed, obtained samples, and assisted in the process of DCF material at the DCF Process area. <br />AMEC continuously monitored the DCF placement. <br />AMEC observed the installation of the high volume solution collection system. <br />AMEC observed the installation of the high volume solution collection manifold. <br />AMEC observed the backfilling of the high volume solution collection risers /manifold. <br />AMEC observed ore placement near the high volume solution collection risers. <br />Testing Summary <br />Laboratory testing continued (Particle Size Distribution, Atterberg Limits, Moisture - Density Relations, <br />Specific Gravity, Permeability, and Point Load testing) for sampled materials. <br />VLF Weekly Report WE 10.02.10.1) <br />
