Preparation was performed using various CAT dozers, a tandem - <br />axel water truck, and a 10 -ton vibratory smooth drum compactor. The area was inspected and <br />approved by AMEC and Ames representatives. The area of approved subgrade is shown in <br />Attachment B. <br />C) Slope Contouring <br />1) VLF <br />Slope contouring was performed in the following areas: between stations A13 +00 ( + / -) and A <br />26 +00 ( + / -), approximately 0 to 300 feet left of centerline; between stations 134 +50 ( + / -) and <br />B13+00 ( + / -), approximately 0 to 350 feet right of centerline; between stations C I +00 ( + / -) and <br />C6 +00 ( + / -), approximately 75 to 100 feet right of centerline; between stations E4+00 ( + / -) and <br />E8 +00 ( + / -), approximately 0 to 75 feet left of centerline; and between stations K0 +00 ( + / -) <br />VLF Weekly Report WE 05.15.10.D <br />
