February 19, 2014 C- 1981 - 010 /Trapper Mine JLE <br />Sage 41 and 42 Ponds were dry. The embankments were stable and the primary and emergency spillways <br />appeared to be clear and functional. <br />Oak #1 and #2 Ponds were holding water and were ice covered. The embankments were stable. <br />East Pyeatt 41 pond was holding water and was ice covered. The embanl<Anent was stable and the primary and <br />emergency spillways were clear and functional. <br />East Pyeatt 42 pond was holding water and was ice covered. The embankment was stable and the primary and <br />emergency spillways were clear and functional. <br />East Pyeatt #3 pond was holding water and was ice covered. The embankment was stable and the primary and <br />emergency spillways were clear and functional. The pond was discharging. <br />West Pyeatt # 1 Pond was holding water and was ice covered. The embankment was stable and vegetated. The <br />primary and emergency spillway was clear and functional. <br />West Pyeatt 42 Pond was dry and not discharging. The embankment appeared stable and the primary and <br />emergency spillway was clear and functional. <br />Johnson 41OR Pond was observed. The pond was holding water and was ice covered. The pond was discharging. <br />The embankment was stable and vegetated. <br />Ute Pond was inaccessible. <br />No Name 42 Pond was holding water and was ice covered. The embankment was stable and snow covered. The <br />primary spillway was clear and was discharging. The emergency spillway was snow covered. <br />No Name 44 Pond was holding water but was not discharging. The embankment was stable and the primary <br />spillway appeared to be clear and functional. According to Mr. Roberts, it is likely there is rust damage to the <br />primary spillway decant pipe and will need to be repaired. <br />No Name 45R Pond was discharging. The primary and emergency spillways were clear and functional. The <br />embankment was stable. <br />Impoundment H was holding water but was not discharging. The primary spillway appeared clear of debris and <br />functional. The embankment was stable. <br />The Industrial Waste Pond was holding water and the embankment appeared stable.
