C. Project Description. Describe all aspects of the operation including mining, milling, and
exploration methods, materials, equipment, workforce, construction and operation schedule, power
requirements, how clearing will be accomplished, topsoil stockpile, waste rock placement, tailings
disposal, proposed number of drillholes and depth, depth of proposed suction dredging, and how
gravels will be replaced, etc. Calculate production rates Of ore. Include justification and
calculations for settling pond capacities, and the size of runoff diversion channels.
ftiect will be wpm won operation within existing sine and NO consauctian. We will only dig m praise grass with
rubber tired backhoe.,and tandem track. We will only be esca =g for known rock within the existing hole previously
authorized in existing plan of operatan. All other material will be moved to edge of pit far reclamation. We will be
b8cUllm9 as we go having only one pit open a any time. The pit and any rtckpiles will be flagged with caution tape.
(1) Top soil will be stockpiled seperatly.
(2) Seeding stockpiles with native species listed m the Forest Service approved seed roux, andlor monitoring aoc pft for
erosion problems.
(3) Annual reclamation will be completed by December 31 of each year or as directed by the Forest Service.
Work crew will include a maximum of 8 and they will be working for no more then 10 days ofthe month, for a total of 120
days per Year Hours of digging will range from lam till dusk for no more the 5hrs per day. Other than 4,S-gallon gasoline
-- containers tin the bed of the truck, there will be no other hazardous materials. Tho _ps containers will be held in a
soiage ii trba" We vvifflhave*ill pails far refilling, but s6uld a gas spill occare we
will remove all areas with shovels and remove dirt off sight fear desposal. For all human west we will use cattales
"leave no trace"guidlmes. All trash will be removed and disposed of cff sight. There will be no paver or water
requirements since this is an organic process of precious metals recovery and this recovery will be done off sight. The Dig..
sight will be 950 ft long X80 ft wide X"ft deep. Expanding an additAna118 ft deep. There is a 150 ft of access rd. We
Will puH out the remainder of the proviWy autarized Exploration pilot weight of 200 toms.. This leaves appwmtamly 190
tons to ove.
