A design has been <br />provided for C -G4 and is located on page Exh. 8 -255i. Page 32ii has been replaced, <br />with "Page Intentionally left blank" in order to direct readers tot he correct location for <br />Culverts G -2, 3 & 4. Please see revised page Exh. 8 -31, 32ii and 255i. <br />13. DRM : Page Exh 8 -166, at the bottom of the page, lists flow from other ditches <br />and culverts that will flow through Ditch 1-11. The value listed for Ditch 1-11 is 0.46 cfs. <br />The design above indicates that the flow will be 1.06 cfs. Please revise the <br />calculations and flow values for Ditch HZ on page Exh 8 -166 so that they are <br />consistent, <br />BOW2: Please see revised page 8 -166. The flow from Ditch H1, listed at 0.46, was in <br />error and has been removed. There was no change to the peak discharge, the 0.46 <br />flow was not counted twice in the sum of the contributing flows. <br />14. DRMS: Please revise the Table of Contents for Volume XI to retain <br />existing Appendices A and D and incorporate new Appendices A and B. <br />Existing Appendix C, the reclamation cost estimate, can be removed since it <br />has been incorporated into the reclamation cost estimate in Section 3.02 of <br />Volume L <br />BOW2: Please see revised Table of Contents. <br />15. DRM : Pages 2 and 4 of Volume XI have been revised to change the available <br />topsoil salvage depth from 2.4'to 1.0 -1.5, and the replacement depth from 2.4'to 1.0'. <br />Please explain why the available salvage depths and replacement depths are <br />being changed, and demonstrate that this change is consistent with the <br />requirements of Rules 4, 06, 2(a) and 4.06.2(b). <br />BOW2: The salvage depth should not have been revised, only the replacement depth <br />which is a number verified to be in stockpile. Appendix A has been revised although it <br />will no longer be included with this revision. Please see revised pages App. B -2 & 4. <br />16.
