Susan Burgmaier -10- February 7, 2014 <br />Revised Maps <br />35. DRMS: Map 15 -1 Mine Facilities: <br />a) Cross Section D -D' is drawn through Gob Pile #3. This line, which appears on <br />Vol, XI Figure 1, should probably be removed from this map. <br />b) In the upper right -hand corner, a partial view of Gob Pile #4 appears. The details <br />do not reflect those found on Map 15 -3, which was updated later. Please revise <br />Map 15 -1 to be consistent with the proposed Map 15 -3, <br />c) The Haul Road which runs from SH 1338 to the gob pile should be labeled, <br />(Rule 2.10.1(1)) <br />d) The scale in the lower right -hand corner says "half inch ", when "one inch" is <br />probably intended. Please verify the scale of Map 15 -1 and revise as <br />necessary, <br />e) The legend on this map includes designations (cross- hatching) for gob piles and <br />identifies the edge of Gob Pile #1 that is depicted in the northeastern section of the <br />map. Please add a designation for Gob Pile #3 and add the appropriate <br />symbol over Gob Pile #3, <br />BOW2: Please see revised Map 15 -1. <br />36. DRMS: Map 15 -3 Mine Facilities - Please revise the legend to include a <br />symbol for Gob Pile #3, using a different symbol or color than the one used <br />for Gob Pile #2, since the location of the supporting documentation does not <br />reside in Volume IX, Con versely, 8RL can use the same symbol and coloring <br />for all of the gob piles, but remo ve the volume reference from the legend and <br />leave it in the bubbles on the gob piles <br />BOW2: Please see revised Map 15 -3. <br />37. DRMS: Map 18 Postmining Topography - Please revise the Design Ditch <br />Details table to include a bottom width for Ditches JS and J10 (3, 0 ), <br />BOW2: Please see revised Map 18. <br />38.
