The application was deemed complete on November 20, 2012. Public Notices were published in the Steamboat Pilot and Today for four consecutive weeks beginning on December 2, 2012 and ending on December 23, 2012. Copies of the application were filed with the Hayden Public Library, and the Denver office of the Division. No comment letters were received by the Division in reference to RN4.
