Comment No. 35:
2.04.9 -28 This page is all wrong and also their charts. They are showing
that the depths salvaged are the depths that are stock piled here including
only 22 inches of a combined lift of A&B off the Eastern potion of the Morgan
Property. The Sunshine place which is another down right lie. They STOLE
OUR SOILS AND PUT ON BUD BENSONS PROPERTY AND THIS WAS
REPORTED TO DAN MATHEWS OF DRMS AND THEY WERE NOT
BROUGHT BACK AND THIS WAS 90 TRUCKS PER DAY, 100 TON PER
TRUCK FOR THREE DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS IN 2007. We were told by
Lance Wade 'Those who have, give, Those who don't, Take. Flat out stealing
and NO -me is going to REPORT that that is all that was salvaged or that our
depths were not there.
WFC Response:
Prior to the Prime Farmland determination being corrected in 2008, Wes: used
topsoil frotn the Morgan property to -address - a-- shortfail;:in :topsoil on the = Bensory
pr-opertyi At the time, this was considered proper and was ,approved by DRMS.
Prime Farmland soil salvage techniques have now been put in place on the
Morgan Property, which should ensure that will not be repeated.
WFC will not respond to the personal attacks and inflammatory statements
contained in this Comment. WFC has accepted the DRMS requirements
regarding soil depth and distribution, and does not anticipate any disagreement
with the Morgan family concerning these requirements.
Comment ftd. 36:
2.04.9 -29 RE -do charts to reflect FACTS
Re -Do charts to reflect facts On these charts, we had Barx soils up to 72
deep and they conveniently just show A&B, but the soils continue down
deeper and deeper and still Barx
Your laws say A, B, and C lifts
re -do charts
WFC Response:
This Comment is unintelligible and it is not clear what is intended.
Comment No. 37:
2.04.9 -32 Re -do to reflect facts
