That will be serving as a subsoil <br />substitute only in the 20 easternmost acres. <br />If not -- we've got a full two -lift <br />topsoil replacement plan that we're proposing to <br />approve for the western 80 acres -- 88 acres of the <br />permit. <br />There was some details in our <br />findings document. Greg Lewicki went through part <br />of this. When the topsoil is replaced on the Morgan <br />property, there's a very strict regimen that will be <br />followed in order to insure that it meets <br />productivity -- has the characteristics to achieve <br />productivity that's required. <br />The subsoil will be ripped and <br />scarified. Once both lifts are done, it will be <br />land leveled, rock picked, and we worked closely <br />with the MRCS, too, to develop some maintenance and <br />soil preparation plans as well as fertility <br />amendments to be added. <br />
