J <br />M <br />1 landowners. <br />2 And the division is requesting that <br />3 the board uphold our proposed approval for the <br />4 postmining land use. <br />5 Topsoil management was the second <br />6 item to be discussed at today's hearing. What I've <br />7 got here is a series of sides that focus in on the <br />8 Morgan property as it's changed over time. This <br />9 first slide shows the property as it existed prior <br />10 to mining. Again, on all of these photos the <br />11 property is outlined in pink. <br />12 Here we're looking to the <br />13 north - northwest. In November 2010 when this photo <br />14 was taken, the mine had progressed westward to this <br />15 point (indicated) just -- this is 2700 Road that <br />16 cuts through the middle of the photo, but this is <br />17 what the Morgan property looked like before the mine <br />18 disturbed it. <br />19 A well- managed field here <br />20 (indicated). A field of less management here <br />21 (indicated), and then a large rectangle area in the <br />22 west that appears to have been intensively managed. <br />23 Now we move from -- this is what the <br />24 Morgan property looked like in August of 2004.
