Even <br />2 though on the other parcels only certain portions <br />3 are going to be irrigated through the bond release <br />4 period, the grading has been accomplished so as to <br />5 maximize the acreage on those parcels that could <br />6 potentially be irrigated by the landowner in the <br />7 future if they have more water to put on the parcel <br />8 or if they want to spread their existing shares over <br />9 extra acres. <br />10 All right. The Morgan property, the <br />11 proposed reclamation is divided into five different <br />12 fields. As I said, they're all irrigated croplands. <br />13 Side rolls are going to be used for Field A -- all <br />14 three of the westernmost rectangle fields, Western <br />15 Fuels is proposing to irrigate those using side <br />16 rolls. <br />17 This easternmost 20 acres and this <br />18 triangular portion in the south central portion, <br />19 they're proposing that that would be irrigated using <br />20 gated pipe and furrows. <br />21 Our conclusion regarding postmining <br />22 land use is what the land use plan as proposed in <br />23 PR 6 has already been subjected to considerable <br />24 technical scrutiny by the division, and it was <br />25 prepared by Western Fuels in consultation with the <br />
