Just to help you orient <br />5 yourselves. This is -- on the right side of the <br />6 picture is County Road 2700 running north and south, <br />7 and then BB road runs through the middle of the map <br />8 here (indicated). <br />9 The Morgan property is outlined in <br />10 the lower portion of the photo, and for the Morgan <br />11 property, as Greg mentioned, the lease with the <br />12 Morgans initially only allowed -- granted Western <br />13 Fuels 50 shares of the CC ditch water for their use <br />14 in reclamation. <br />15 So using NRCS -- I'm sorry. Using <br />16 Western Fuels' estimation of how many acres of <br />17 cropland could be irrigated with that 50 shares, <br />18 they came up with these three rectangular pieces in <br />19 the western part of the Morgan property, which total <br />20 about 60 acres. <br />21 That left the rectangle -- this <br />22 little triangle shape here (indicated) and the <br />23 easternmost 25 acres or so to be reclaimed as what <br />24 was called potential cropland.
