un-,
All right. Just to bring us back
here to the lay of the land at the New Horizon Mine.
And this particular photo, it's off of Google Earth.
It was taken in August of 2007.
The permit boundary has been drawn on
in red. The county roads are shown in blue. You'll
see that the mine as of August of 2007 had
progressed quite a ways west of County Road 2700,
well into the Morgan property, and the Benson
property was just about reclaimed, and the Lloyd --
the mine was straddling the line between the Morgan
and the Lloyd parcel. I apologize. This particular
photo may not be in your packet.
All right. Just to -- just to
regroup. The issues that were identified in the
prehearing conference to be covered during this
hearing were, number one, postmining land use;
number two, topsoil, topsoil management; number
three, prime farmlands; and number four, whether or
not public participation had been followed in
accordance with the rules.
Now, regarding the subject of
postmining land use, what I've got on the screen at
this point is, this is the postmining land use map
that was submitted with the original application for
J
