We had gated pipe, which in <br />2 PR 06 it states they want to go back to flood <br />3 irrigating. <br />4 We have not flood irrigated for 39 <br />5 years, and if you're a farmer, flood irrigating is <br />6 very, very intensive, very hard work, and we have <br />7 not done that. Whenever SCS had investigated that, <br />8 they said that we had the most sufficient irrigation <br />9 in that we can do it. As was documented in PR 06, a <br />10 quarter of a mile out there in furrow irrigating. <br />11 There's so much documentation in <br />12 PR 06 that is not accurate. It's not correct. It <br />13 does not reflect the facts. And corn, as we've <br />14 grown, cannot be grown under a side roll. <br />15 Colorado rules and regulations state specifically it <br />16 must be put back as good as or better than it was <br />17 and that you will be able to have better yields than <br />18 what you had. <br />19 This suitable subsoil here that <br />20 they're saying is a suitable subsoil, actually <br />21 they're using the 4.06 rules and regulations <br />22 governing general requirements for topsoil, and if <br />23 you look at the 4.25 rules and regulations for prime <br />24 topsoil, it states that all substitute soils must be <br />25 equal to or better than what was in the natural <br />
