This was an October of 1992 determination <br />15 that there was no prime farmland on the eastern <br />16 portion? <br />17 MR. LEWICKI: Yeah. I wouldn't call <br />18 it a soil survey. It was more or less a prime <br />19 farmland determination for that Barx soil. They do <br />20 have a soil survey for that area, and we have to do <br />21 a much more detailed soil survey for the mining <br />22 regulations. <br />23 MR.
