I'm the director of the <br />Colorado Inactive Mine Reclamation program, and <br />pursuant to the board's order of 28th October of <br />2010 I was appointed to be the prehearing conference <br />officer in the matter of the New Horizon Mine Permit <br />Number 6 application, Permit Number C- 1981 -008. <br />Pursuant to that direction, we held a <br />prehearing conference on Wednesday, November 3, at <br />approximately 10 a.m. to a little past noon on that <br />day.
