And then I faxed -- prior to that I <br />faxed -- when the hearing was over with Bruce <br />Stover, I faxed that same thing telling you that you <br />would be receiving a packet in the mail. We did receive <br />some letters that were signed by other parties. <br />All were received prior to the 15th, <br />which was the close of the comment period, but this <br />is the hearing for PR 06. So any comments received <br />through the 15th, the hearing has been scheduled. <br />There is some question and there may <br />be some debate on that today as to whether or not <br />those 35 signatures were -- were signing a letter <br />that addressed things that they were aggrieved by or <br />whether they were just signing a letter that was <br />drafted by JoEllen Turner addressing JoEllen <br />Turner's previously raised complaints. <br />MS.
